I’d love to test one of these bad boys out in my music classroom. Playing music through little bitty computer speakers sucks.

I drive a tiny car and need a solution better than what’s currently availiable. I play at least once a week and am throwing out my back.

My wife and I entertain senior communities in Savannah, GA. I think the Mackie FreePlay would be the ideal PA system for our senior shows, small compact and all-new ultra portable.

The wife & I play small gigs out here in the ‘boonies’, and the house equipment is always a challenge. I’ve used Mackie gear, and I know it to be tough, dependable and great sounding. This baby is made for what we need. Let me run it through it’s paces and I’ll tell the world just what it can do for them!

I’m a troubadour/Street Musician and the Mackie Freeplay is on my shortlist of better than what’s been available battery powered amplifiers. I play all over the Northeast USA and I play in all weather. My current set-up is either a Roland KC110 or a Vox Mini5 Rhythm, powered by a modified 12v Motorcycle battery or a Fishman Loudbox Mini along with an Ashdown AA40 as an extension speaker, powered by a large SLA battery and a pure sine wave inverter. The Freeplay could just bridge this sound quality gap and I’m eager to put it to the task.
You can find me in the Glorious coffee table book ‘The Noise Beneath The Apple’, a large format, $250, sleeved book celebrating NYC’s best buskers.
