Highly sarcastic, cautiously biting, and always endearing, We Are Scientists once again brought their two-bit comedy routine to Boston this past Wednesday to The Sinclair. As their first stop on their ten day tour with Surfer Blood, the boys were in high spirits while navigating through some of our favorite hits. They covered everything from With Love and Squalor to TV en Francais, and left no stone unturned. “The Great Escape” was executed with a calculated gravity; “Dumb Luck” possessed just as much manic fervor live as it does recorded; “Nice Guys” was a fitting way to finalize our evening.
