July 1st marks the grand opening of Converse Rubber Tracks studio in Boston, making it Converse’s third permanent recording studio worldwide. At the feet of their World Headquarters at Boston’s Lovejoy Wharf, the new studio will cater exclusively to musicians of all genres who are just starting out in their careers free of cost. The gorgeous, state of the art studio connects artists to experienced engineers to create original music.
Converse Rubber Tracks, a multifaceted global music platform, has literally taken the world by storm with its unique combination of an online sample library, pop up studios, and free concert series. In April 2015, Converse Rubber Tracks Live hosted an epic sold out series in Boston featuring Slayer, Chance the Rapper, Action Bronson, The Replacements, and more. Five Boston-based acts who recorded in a Converse Tracks recording studio also performed.
Bands wishing to record at the brand new space can apply online for a slot. Not only will they receive 1-2 days to record their music, but they will exclusively own it with the option to give Converse limited rights to share it on their sites. Top notch recording equipment in addition to quality gear makes this truly a one in a lifetime opportunity. Find out more at:
