Singer/songwriter Mike Deleasa played an intimate set earlier today at The Middle East in Cambridge. In front of a modest all ages crowd, the New Jersey native indulged us with his relaxed croon and sharply drawn indie-pop wonder. Openers included Spill Canvas frontman Nick Thomas, Cassio Monroe, and Six Stories Told. But it was the suspense surrounding the performance of Deleasa that kept the crowd on their toes. Tracks like “Lust for Love” and “Discount Paradise” were annotated sing alongs, and onlookers savored every minute of it. Check out some images after the jump!
