On Thursday, March 20, US organizers of Record Store Day will coordinate with organizers worldwide to announce the lists of official releases for the seventh annual Record Store Day at simultaneous events in London and Los Angeles, with another planned event in Nashville. Artists, store owners and staff, and Record Store Day organizers and co-founders will be taking part in each event. The lists of Record Store Day 2014 official releases will be launched at www.recordstoreday.com and www.recordstoreday.uk during these events, as well as at other Record Store Day affiliated sites to be named.
The planned Los Angeles event will be a morning press conference at Amoeba Music – this will be a conference round table with artists, record store owners and Record Store Day organizers discussing their experiences with and the importance of record stores and Record Store Day.

Mayor Eric Garcetti Record Store Day Proclamation presentation followed by Record Store Day title announcement/highlights and panel discussion about Record Store Day with artists, record store owners hosted and moderated by Record Store Day co-founder. 10AM event is open to the public to attend.
