Description:
Duties: Assist the regional editor with copy editing articles. Conduct interviews with industry insiders like booking agents and recording engineers. Live and record reviews. Also, assist in booking sponsored concerts, create calendar listings, log-in CD submissions and post content to the web.
Requirements:A min. of 10 hrs per week in Editorial
Department.(Max. of 40hrs/wk). Acceptable
candidate will be a strong writer who can meet deadlines and
has a strong eye for detail.
Qualifications:Strong Writing/Journalism background and
familiarity with Chicago Style Manual, AP or equivalent. Music
background preferred but not necessary.

Duties: Assist the marketing director and our regional editor in coordinating the publicity and promotions for up to 10 events a month. Activities would include conducting virtual marketing campaigns, organizing all promotions materials (posters, flyers, contests, gear giveaways, radio ads, podcasts, HTML e-mails, flash-based web videos, and more!). You would work also closely with our clients which include instrument manufactures, pro audio retailers, recording studios, cd/vinyl duplicators, and merchandisers.
Requirements:A min. of 10 hrs per week.(Max. of 40hrs/wk).
Qualifications: Currently studying either Marketing or Communications.
